Only five minutes and my back feels so much better. When my back is really hurting I can place my heating pad across it before I lay back on it, even better results. The posture corrector was a bit uncomfortable but, once I got used to it, I'm feeling better. I noticed a difference in my back and shoulders. I had a previous identical roller ( except this one is candy apple red ), my Vette! It is a pleasure to use, the carry basket is helpful. My complaint is that over time the brakes wear out and there is no fix ( that being said, the original lasted four years and it kept my ability to walk). Yes, I would buy it again, so feel at ease, it is a fine roller.
